PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The Rosette Cloud service offered on this website (the “Service”) is owned and operated by Basis Technology Corporation (“Basis” or “We”). This web page, together with any “sign-up” or account opening form that You (“You” or “Your”) have submitted to Basis or accepted by other electronic means (“Sign-Up Forms”), describe the terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”) governing Your use of the Service (the Terms of Use and any Sign-Up Forms are jointly referred to as the “Agreement”). By signing up and/or checking any box indicating “I agree” to the Terms of Use and/or accessing the Service (the date of the first of these to occur, the "Order Date"), You signify that You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If You do not agree to these terms, You must not accept the Agreement and You may not use the Service. If You register for a free trial for the Service (if available), this Agreement will also govern the free trial.

By accepting these Terms of Use and/or accessing the Service, You confirm that (a) You have validly entered into this Agreement; (b) if You are a corporate entity, You have the legal power and authority to enter into this Agreement; and (c) You are not legally prohibited from entering into this Agreement and/or transacting business with Basis, pursuant to any applicable law, regulation or contract.

In order to use the Service, you must provide a Business Email Address. As used herein, "Business Email Address" means an email address that You generally use for business and/or research purposes and is not used solely or primarily for purposes of accessing the Service. Basis reserves the right, at any time, to require a business or academic email address for continued used of the Service and/or to reject or block the use of disposable and/or free email addresses (e.g., gmail or yahoo addresses).
